Online development measures:

When carrying out online development measures, leademy uses the video technology provider „Zoom“, a service of Service Video Communications, Inc, 55 Almaden Blvd, Suite 600, San Jose, CA 95113, USA.

When conducting online development activities, leademy uses the video technology provider „Microsoft Teams“. Microsoft Teams is part of Microsoft Office 365. Microsoft Teams is part of the cloud application Office 365, for which a user account must be created. Likewise, Microsoft reserves the right to process customer data for its own business purposes.

The legal basis for this is 6 Art. 1 b) DSGVO (performance of contract – the processing of your data is necessary for the performance of the agreement on the response to the questions or requests) or Art 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO (balancing of interests – based on the legitimate and overriding interest of leademy to process requests from users of this website and to be able to offer users of this website the best possible service.

For the operation of our website, external service providers are commissioned with data processing (e.g. for the storage of data in data centers). 7. use of Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insights Tag and Leady

On this website, data is collected and stored for marketing, market research and optimization purposes using the technology Facebook Pixel and LinkedIn Insights Tag and Leady.com Inc on the basis of legitimate interests of the website operator (Art. 6 para.1 lit.f DSGVO).

For this purpose, a javascript-based code is used to collect company-related data and the corresponding usage.
